Job Description

As the Senior Manager, IBD Omnichannel Analytics you will use your skills in data analytics and storytelling to "connect the dots" and produce insightful, clear, creative, actionable and improving deliverables to the Sales and Marketing teams and other partners across the IBD franchise. You will communicate requirements for ad hoc requests, developing project plans, and coordinating and preparing analysis that will be incorporated directly into the ongoing reporting, sales force effectiveness, special projects, annual brand planning, and other important Sales and Marketing decision processes.

You will lead/co-lead workstreams related to Promotional/Marketing Mixed Model, Matched Market analyses, Media/Ad Effectiveness Measurement, Next Best Action model management, QBRs, etc., and surface new methodologies and approaches to Omnichannel analytics for the team to consider.


  • You will lead reporting projects that enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of the Sales, Consumer Marketing and/or HCP Marketing departments via data driven insights, specifically Promotional/Marketing Mixed Model, Media/Ad Effectiveness Measurement, and Next Best Action model management.
  • Value is created by adding your own perspective and synthesizing groups' insights into actionable reports focusing on the "why" and "so what" behind the data.
  • You will identify and proactively seek out opportunities to automate processes to reduce errors and to free up time for more creative work on existing deliverables.
  • In this role, you will recommend and communicate appropriate models/techniques and industry knowledge to other team members.
  • You will manage consultants and vendors, including onboarding, direction, and budget.
  • Build and maintain a learning and continuous-development environment to ensure employee engagement and growth.


  • BA or BS in a relevant analytical field such as statistics, marketing, marketing analytics, market research, etc. and 6+ years quantitative analytical experience
  • MBA with a focus on healthcare or Masters in marketing/data analytics preferred
  • Experience in the Autoimmune/IBD space preferred
  • You will have experience leading Promotional/Marketing Mixed Models (with or without help from a vendor) and with Media/Ad Effectiveness Measurement required.
  • You will preferably have a knowledge of coding techniques in SAS and SQL, (Or Python, R, VBA, or similar languages)
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview or similar platforms preferred.


  • Data Knowledge – you will have experience managing Promotional/Marketing Mixed Model and Media/Ad Effectiveness measurement.
  • Storytelling – ability to clearly communicate a story to stakeholders using data to connect-the-dots and uncover the why behind the what.
  • Analytical – you will be able to analyze relevant data sources and understand how to use this information to drive projects to influence the business.
  • Communication - ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and effectively in a presentation, in a persuasive, organized and appropriate manner.
  • Management – ability to set priorities and meet specific deadlines in a changing environment, ability to be flexible, accommodating, and to deal with change effectively and align with business goals.
  • Relationship Building - You will have an ability to build trust with high-level management/cross-functional Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial - You will take ownership over projects, desire to shape the organization, consistent demonstration of "out of the box" thinking.

Base Salary Range: $130,200 to $186,000, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees may also be eligible for Short-term and Long-Term Incentive benefits as well. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program and Paid Volunteer Time Off. The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
