At Celldex, you’ll work with some of the industry’s most talented scientists and business professionals in a meaningful, inclusive and exciting work environment.  Help build a commercial team from the ground up.  Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Senior/Executive Director of Global Value and Access works cross-functionally with commercial and medical teams to ensure superior global access for launch brands in key markets. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Access, Pricing and Health Economics initiatives
  • Responsible for recommending global pricing and access strategies and building required organization to execute prelaunch, launch, and post launch plans
  • Responsible for patient hub and affordability strategy and execution
  • Work closely with health economics & outcomes research on activities supporting optimal access
  • Serve as Access lead for Product Development Teams
  • Monitor, influence, and negotiate legislative changes resulting in opportunities for Celldex
  • Hire, manage, and develop home office and field-based market access team members
  • Provide Access and HTA input to relevant departments within development organization
  • Champion access and value requirements to appropriately optimize the portfolio
  • Provide input to business development and company-wide efforts requiring access input

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage direct reports, cross functional teams, and field-based access organizations
  • Ability to develop and interpret disease burden, cost effective and budget impact models
  • The ability to create product value dossiers and submit them to health authorities
  • Oversee product/patient hub strategies

Education/Experience:

  • BA/BS required, advanced graduate degree preferred (MBA, MD, PhD, PharmD)
  • Scientific background or evidence of ability to grasp understanding of complex scientific concepts
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience with 5 years in immunology
  • Experience securing Market Access for U.S. and Ex-US launch products
  • Proven track record of success
