Eli Lilly and Company seeks an Analyst – Info and Digital Solutions to implement, support, and deliver software products in compliance with Lilly standards and roadmaps.  Provide architectural expertise and technical direction to system development and projects.  Define the overall enterprise content and search roadmap to drive successful implementation.  Maintain a view of the current and future state architecture with a focus on infrastructure and application development.  Investigate software technical solutions to solve business problems.  Lead operational projects and service improvements. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related STEM field and 2 years of academic or employment experience with delivering M365 core capabilities, Agile methodology, and IT project development, management, and operational support.  Academic or employment experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience supporting the Microsoft O365 platform or 1 year of experience with Microsoft O365 platform in the Pharmaceutical industry; 1 year of experience rolling out and supporting global platforms; 1 year of experience with Office 365 capabilities, including Viva and PowerPlatform, focusing on content management, Search, and Record security and compliance; and 1 year of experience with successful computer system validation.  Part time telecommuting may be permitted.  Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.  #LI-DNI
