The Galleri Mobile Draw Experience Specialist will be responsible for end to end onsite event management across the GRAIL customer base, which serves as a key activity deployed by customers and prospects to make Galleri available to their eligible participants.

In this role, the candidate should have strong cross-team collaboration to ensure success and day-of management of both direct and in-direct team members.

This position supports our east coast events. This role requires travel up to 90% to support onsite events.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-person event support for growing teams across enterprise and clinic channels, collaborating with cross-functional work streams.
  • Utilize project management tools to maintain, operationalize, and follow-up on multiple simultaneous onsite blood draw events.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between Implementation, Customer Success, Sales, and other business units to facilitate successful in-person blood draw events.
  • Own communication between internal (logistics, IT, product, marketing, partnerships, customer service, and lab operations) and external partners for hosting blood draw events with customers/prospects.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and oversee day-of performance of vendor partners such as phlebotomists and ordering provider networks for upcoming in-person testing events.
  • Take ownership of in-person onsite blood draw events, ensuring a high-quality, effective process for customers, and addressing potential issues.
  • Collect feedback for continuous process improvement and share best practices to enable future scaling of the events team.
  • Provide flexible support for the events team through virtual and/or in-person project support and post-event reporting.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of various ongoing and upcoming events requiring onsite presence.
  • Leverage technology systems for operationalizing events, including those involving patient participants.
  • Interface with c-suite executives and business leaders during the planning and execution of in-person draw events.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics of multiple simultaneous events with a meticulous emphasis on details.
  • Arrange and manage extensive travel and accommodations for yourself and key internal participants, preparing expense reports.
  • Continuously learn about the Galleri product alongside industry standards for communication and discretion surrounding sensitive health information.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3 + years related work experience
  • Willing to travel up to 90% to support onsite events
  • Experience supporting in-person or in-office clinical operations or events with multiple work streams and stakeholders
  • Positive “can do” attitude with a strong desire to roll up sleeves
  • Meticulously organized, consistent with follow through, oriented toward operations
  • Excellent face-to-face, verbal, and written customer service and communication skills
  • Feels energized by, and creates order in, chaotic environments
  • Working knowledge of program/project management software preferred
  • Background in one or more of the following: customer service, sales, training, management, event production, clinical office management.

The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $79,000 to $93,000. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.

Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
