Position Summary:

Loxo@Lilly is seeking a Manager to support our enterprise-wide training program for Loxo@Lilly employees while we fully integrate into our parent company’s (Lilly) applications and systems. This role will work directly with functional organizations to support training needs, maintain our onboarding processes, and manage our Records Information Management requirements from an annual and acquisitions standpoint. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on manager looking for a company with exciting growth opportunity with the potential to make a significant impact.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the policy and training implementation strategy of Lilly corporate and local policies.  This includes but is not limited to the areas of Ethics and Compliance, IT, Communications/Publications, Finance, Discovery/Clinical Development, and other functional areas across the company.   

  • Manage the records retention program annual requirement along with any RIMs needs when it comes to Loxo@Lilly acquisitions

  • Work cross functionally with Lilly corporate policy owners, Learning and Development team members, Lilly Policy Committees, and functional area to assess policies, perform gap assessments, and complete curriculum clean-up.

  • Compile monthly compliance training metrics and streamline processes to ensure learners are meeting their learning requirements.

  • Work with the training team to monitor and manage the Third-Party Organization Training process.

  • Work on ad hoc projects to support the business and streamline training business processes.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry.

  • A minimum of 5 years experience working in a GXP regulated environment, training experience preferred.

  • Experience working in Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g., SuccessFactors preferred)

  • Experience with working with Records Management programs

Additional Preferences:

  • Advanced level of experience working with Excel with the skills to look at and analyze data in a way to make it easily digestible. Must be able to use formulas and generate pivot tables/graphs/charts.

  • Ability to multi-task, be detail oriented and keep yourself on track to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well with senior leaders and accomplished professionals within and across functions/companies.

  • Ability to collaborate with various teams across the company at all levels of the organization and drive results while working with matrixed organization and SMEs throughout Loxo@Lilly, Lilly Corporate.

  • Good project management skills and ability to drive execution of projects within projected timelines.

  • Willing collaborator. Solution-oriented.

  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities rapidly to meet tight deadlines.

  • Requires a flexible work schedule to accommodate program priorities and international activities as needed.

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.

  • Prior pharma/biotech oncology discovery & clinical development Training experience preferred

Lilly currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from between $94,500 to 138,600 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications for the role, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).Of course, the compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described above.
