The Senior Specialist, Scheduling Technical Training will be part of a team of Scheduling Technical Trainers responsible for providing on-boarding, refresher, and specialization training for the Scheduling and Cell Logistics Team (SCLT). This individual will coordinate with Learning & Development and other cross-functional partners to development training content, refine curricula, and respond to SCLTs overall technical training needs. Participation in projects and working groups may occur as a growth opportunity as operations permit, considering operational priorities and alignment with development plans. This individual will be instrumental in enabling a best-in-class customer experience for our patient treatment centers around the world.

  • Position is office-based with in-office attendance required a minimum of 50% of the time. Remote work must be performed at home with consistent office setup and internet access, as extensive work at computers and phones is essential to job function.

  • Weekend and holiday on-call support is required as assigned.

  • Travel is possible and will not exceed 15%. Travel may occur to domestic and international locations.


  • Provide exceptional technical training to SCLT members to facilitate the enrollment and scheduling of clinical and commercial Cell Therapy patients

  • Routinely connect and work with SCLTs Regional Teams, Learning & Development, and other partners to develop, refine, and execute cross-functional processes and training requirements

  • Assist in the creation and refinement of general and specialized training content for each of SCLTs regional teams as assigned

  • Provide input into goals and plans to deliver on SCLTs global strategy

  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders in-person and through electronic/virtual means

  • Facilitate a positive end-to-end customer experience

  • Actively participate in tactical and other meetings as assigned

  • Represent Scheduling and Cell Logistics on cross-functional initiatives as assigned

  • Provide on-the-job training on areas of subject matter expertise

  • Mentor and support specialists in solving complex problems prior to issues being escalated to management

  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and provide input into the development of future state processes

  • Author, update, and implement procedures and work instructions as assigned

  • Comply with applicable SOPs, work practices, and other documentation

  • Act as subject matter expert for scheduling processes and business requirements gathering for processes and systems changes

  • Participate in at least one working group and execute relevant tasks

  • Project manage & deliver team initiatives as assigned

  • Manage deviations and CAPAs to ensure they are handled expeditiously

  • Execute project tasks as assigned

  • Accountable for individual performance


  • Bachelors degree or 4 years of work experience

  • Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA) is preferred

  • Experience in planning/scheduling, customer service, operations management, and/or master data management. Cell Therapy experience is preferred.

  • Experience in delivering training content is desired. Experience in content creation is a plus.

  • Must have strong proficiency Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Highly self-motivated, self-aware, and professional

  • Skilled in planning and organizing information

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in groups

  • Flexible in responding to quickly changing business needs

  • Skilled at managing tense situations and de-escalation

  • Eager to work with teams from other regions and cultures

  • Able to share workspace for independent and collaborative work

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

The starting compensation for this jobis a range from $75,000 - $95,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).

The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.

Final, individual compensation will be decidedbased ondemonstratedexperience.
