The Associate Director, Global Oncology Marketing (GOM), Operations & Strategy will partner with the Vice President, Head of GOM and the GOM Leadership Team (GOM-LT) to lead GOM strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for streamlining cross functional & cross regional processes beyond the Oncology Business Unit which include but are not limited to R&D, Finance, and JP/ASCA Business Units. This role must possess a deep understanding of GOM initiatives. This position is responsible for the operational management of GOM and cross functional teams. This role works with the Brand teams to ensure the successful execution of planned activities/actions and assists senior management to ensure timely project execution and decision making. This role will require a high degree of professionalism and the ability to successfully collaborate with the OBU and global cross functional partners to contribute to the growth of the industry-leading global oncology organization.
-Partner with VP, Head of GOM, to lead strategic initiatives such as organization structure update, Brand Plan/Launch Readiness process refinement, and cross functional initiatives to streamline processes including basic analysis.
-Partner with GOM-LT, to develop mid-term resourcing plans and manage budget activities.
-Support and coordinate to gain alignment of global marketing initiatives (e.g., global brand name/logo, global brand campaign) with key ex-GOM stakeholders, including internal teams from Japan and ASCA.
-Provide guidance to ensure Global Brand Team (GBT) and project owners stay on track to timeline and deliverables.
-Proactively identify organizational gaps that impact the successful execution of business objectives and partner with other functions to develop potential solutions (e.g., process optimization, 3-year forecasting initiatives, regulatory timeline assumptions, Global PMRT).
-Foster GOM culture (GOM Motto).
-Manage and facilitate regular GOM meetings (GOM-LT, Staff Meeting)
-Manage and facilitate Global Oncology Management Committee meeting.
-Manage and facilitate global cross-functional leadership meeting (M3 meeting).
-Liaise with Oncology Business Unit (OBU) leadership members, manage OBU-LT agenda.
-Manage and develop GOM wide meeting to share best practice (i.e., off-site meeting)
-Manage and guide the development of direct report to support skill development and goals.

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 7 or More Years Project Management or Chief of Staff Experience required
- 1 or More Years Healthcare industry experience preferred
- 1 or More Years Global or multi countries’ working experience preferred
Ability to travel up to 10% based on needs of the business
