About the role:
Takeda Business Solutions (TBS), responsible for the delivery of essential transactional business solutions within Takeda. The People Solutions Coordinator position creates a positive experience for our BioLife HR Partners who seek assistance on a broad range of matters related to HR Processes. You will provide confident, professionalism and genuine support for concerns and matters brought forward by HR team members. The role has accountability for processes which require specific knowledge of the BioLife Business Unit within the US. Furthermore, you will be accountable for activities within People Solutions remit, from processing cases, providing support and resolution to complex issues. You will also act as a liaison between our People Solutions organization and the BioLife HR team. Participation in projects and opportunities to optimise existing processes and be a change agent. You will be reporting to the TBS People Solutions business partner
The People Solutions Coordinator provides support services with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. This includes evaluating inquiries and issues, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution, transaction and escalation, and communicating the resolution that and/or escalation to manager or HR Business Partner. You will ensure that People Solutions tasks are assigned in a timely manner, and aids in resolving more complex queries. This role also supution of administrative and HR processes. Ports other colleagues in the team in driving an exceptional experience and share knowledge gained to deliver on the business acumen gained by working closely with the business.
How you will contribute:
Partnering across People Solutions towers/teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of accountabilities to meet expected KPIs and create and optimal people experience for the BioLife Business Unit·
Provides an interface to embedded HR to provide updates related to People Solution processes, cases and ways of working
Provides support to our BioLife and organizations by developing trusted relationships with the key US based businesses regional stakeholders, through anticipating and understanding key business needs and requirements, to deliver on their and TBS strategies
Monitors execution of cases and addresses to appropriate team members when required as well as partner with other People Solutions Coordinators in the correction of errors in the system, identify root cause patterns and eventually pro-actively provide guidance to PRH to avoid catastrophic issues
Answers people manager questions related to cases assignment, their status and required actions
Assist in the enforcing of HR Operating model while providing exceptional employee experience through each available channel. Queries may come from within embedded HR within the business or from our people and through numerous channels of communication
Accountable for the end-to-end experience management of all US BioLife colleagues in alignment with TBS accountabilities; ensure processes and projects are run in a structured manner and as per TBS methodologies
Trusted point of contact in answering queries regarding HR policy, procedure or the use of HR tools and platforms Research, resolve or re-direct queries timely and accurately.
Work with other TBS / HR functions to ensure consistent and accurate people experience
- Desirable: Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experiencing delivering results within an HR Operations environment or HR function preferred (i.e. HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Staffing, HR Service Center, etc.)
- Knowledge and application of HR administration and ideally payroll principles, concepts and industry practices and standards desirable
- Customer Centric and Solutions Orientated aptitude with demonstrable experience in providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Experience in using Workday desirable
- Strong excel skills
