2024 Co-Op, Drug Substance Manufacture

The Role:

Modernas CMC Clinical Supply Operations function has an opportunity for a hands-on Co-op position, supporting Commercial and Clinical teams. This position will be inclusive of trouble shooting, batch record review, document updates, supporting manufacturing readiness and close out activities.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a capacity to function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with cross-functional teams. This individual will work as part of a collaborative group to drive compliance, schedule adherence and manufacturing owned actions supporting product disposition.

Our co-op program goes from: January 16th to June 14th 2024. All applicants must be available for the entire duration of the program and available to work onsite in Norwood, MA

Heres What Youll Do:

• Support batch record review, close out for manufacturing and product disposition requiring strong collaboration and cross functional leadership (including but not limited to stakeholder management of MFG, QA, MS&T, digital and QC counterparts)

• Assist specialists with remediation activities to support production or move a process to the next milestone

• Participate in projects and support cross functional teams to drive manufacturing operations changes or improvements

• Conduct document revisions and/or document management including batch production records and manufacturing procedures

• May perform metric trending, support internal and external audits

Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:

• Minimum GPA of 3.4

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Biotechnology or Life Sciences degree is preferred

• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
