As a key member of the HQ marketing team, this role is responsible for supporting strategic and operational activities of the Ophthalmology Marketing Team. The person in role with serve as key integration lead across the marketing team. We are looking for a brand champion who is channel agnostic proactively identifying efficiencies, synergies to drive our business. You will support and report to the Executive Director Marketing (ED) remit to focus on leading marketing strategy, driving performance for EYLEA HD / EYLEA brands and enabling collaboration across Regeneron functions.

A Typical Day Might Look Like the Following:

  • Work with ED to build out annual brand plan and evaluate execution including: development of strategy and tactical presentations to management, identification of synergies across channels / team.

  • Lead consolidation of marketing team budget, Marketing calendar, keep up to date, get inputs across Mktg team into calendar and present at monthly team meeting to keep team updated across indications/core team.

  • Manage Marketing team meetings agenda and logistics: monthly Full Mktg team mtgs, Mktg Leadership Team mtgs, Team Building with direction on behalf of Exec Dir Marketing(ED).

  • Work across marketing team to create field memos based on business need.

  • Support development of town hall decks for marketing ED.

  • Build Marketing developmental focus areas with ED, set up development planning processes for marketing team. Help ED fortify implementation of a high performing team into our DNA.

  • Work with overall brand team to develop brand Key Performance Indicators, measure and report and review monthly with Full Marketing team for reporting upwards. Support improved analytics reporting process working closely with analytics team.

  • Supports and leads special projects related to a variety of marketing initiatives.

  • Supports and builds cross-functional relationships with key functional partners across the organization.

  • Manage RC operations as RC Captain.

This Position Might be for You if:

  • Successful record of driving brand performance and effectively impacting commercial responsibilities.

  • Ability to communicate and act promptly, demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.

  • Excellent planning, prioritization, communication and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, growth mindset.

  • Working knowledge of how BioPharma commercial organizations are structured and planning cycles.

  • Expertise in managing agencies and suppliers.

  • Prior biopharma direct selling experience

To be considered for this opportunity you will have a Bachelor's degree with preference for science background. 5+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience. The ability and willingness to travel as required 30-50%, some on weekends for conferences and meetings. Launch experience and Ophthalmology Marketing experience is preferred.

Salary Range (annually)

$148,100.00 - $241,700.00
