In this vital role you will be a part of our world-class cross-functional staff that work across the globe including sales and marketing, regional medical liaisons, oncology nurse specialists and customer account teams to ensure our discoveries go from bench to bedside.
You will report to the Medical Learning & Performance TA Lead, on our R&D Knowledge & Learning team, within the Chief Medical Office. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, and implementing high quality training curricula and programs for the Global Medical staff (Medical Science Liaisons, Global Scientific Communications, and Medical Directors/Advisors/Scientists).
The position will focus on knowledge and learning needs for both originator products and biosimilars for a therapeutic area.
Primary Responsibilities:Collaborating with Medical Science Liaison, Medical Communication, and Medical stakeholders globally to drive the learning strategy, enable impactful medical staff, develop therapeutic training and curriculum activities, and lead new hire training.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal (e.g., Global Medical, Global Scientific Communications, Medical Science Liaisons) and external groups (e.g., suppliers, opinion leaders) to develop and implement these training programs.
Your role will encompass teaching professionals about value-based healthcare and its impact on the industry and equipping pharmaceutical professionals with the vital knowledge and skills to understand and adapt to the evolving landscape of value-based healthcare
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree and 2 years of clinical and/or scientific affairs experience
OR
Masters degree and 6 years of clinical and/or scientific affairs experience
OR
Bachelors degree and 8 years of clinical and/or scientific affairs experience
OR
Associates degree and 10 clinical and/or scientific affairs experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of clinical and/or scientific affairs experience
Preferred Qualifications:A professional degree of Pharm.D., or MD/DO or PhD in a relevant medical science field (eg, biology, chemistry, pharmacology) with 5 or more years of biotech/pharmaceutical and /or clinical experience
Understanding of training methodology and design
Excellent technical writing, oral, presentation, and project management skills and the ability to search, critically analyze, and summarize scientific literature
Understanding of the pharmaceutical commercialization process and knowledge of the legal and regulatory guidelines affecting promotion of prescription products
Ability to interface cross-functionally in a dynamic, matrix environment

The annual base salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $125,275- $149,568.
