POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Marketing Manager position offers an extraordinary opportunity to work in a therapeutic area, pediatric oncology, that has a high unmet need and few approved treatment options.  This role will focus on translating market insights into novel commercial approaches and will be involved in the development of innovative programs and pilots to address those needs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing promotional efforts to support the anticipated launch of tovorafenib: a first-in-class and first-in-indication therapy in pLGG (pediatric low-grade glioma), and future Day One product launches.

This position will play a critical role on the Commercial team in leading promotional efforts to engage Patients, Caregivers as well as Healthcare Providers.

Reporting directly to the Director, Patient Marketing, this person will work in close partnership with key stakeholders across the brand team, playing a key role in the integration and execution of the launch plan for tovorafenib, across both patient and HCP audiences.

This position has the potential to be fully remote. Occasional domestic travel will be required for in-person meetings.

·       Measure and optimize digital and media tactics as needed to maximize ROI
·       Drive innovation in marketing tovorafenib and future product launches – contribute new ideas, novel approaches and program pilots to generate important learnings and help build cutting-edge marketing programs
·       Provide Marketing operational support including MLR coordination and management of print fulfillment, inventory, and distribution
·       Foster strong partnerships with Brand Team, Patient Advocacy, Patient Services, Market Planning, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and other functions to ensure aligned objectives and implementation of the brand strategies and tactics

·       Create an environment for great work to thrive by keeping the teams positive and focused on solutions
·       Manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting by working closely with finance business partners as well as our Agency Partners
·       Role involves domestic business travel approximately 30% of time

QUALIFICATIONS:
