Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Research Investigator in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Biotechnology or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 2 years of related experience. Required skills: perform downstream purification studies on column chromatography (Affinity, ion exchange) in BSL1 lab to generate pure AAV9 drug substance; independently build assemblies for viral vector production and tangential flow filtration studies at multiple process development scales; record and maintain experimental procedures and assay results in Electronic Lab Notebook; read and review technical literature and experimental protocols to identify novel fungal colonies. Up to 20% remote work allowed.
