Required skills: design strategy for negotiation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management and lead International strategic sourcing/category management; build category management projects and development of sourcing strategies; manage change management and process improvement skills with direct experience in delivering business process change; utilize enterprise systems and procurement tools such as Ariba, SAP or Purchase Order technology. Up to 5% travel required.
