Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Associate Director - Strategic Procurement Manager in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Management and Public Administration or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 10 years of related experience. Required skills: design strategy for negotiation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management and lead International strategic sourcing/category management; build category management projects and development of sourcing strategies; manage change management and process improvement skills with direct experience in delivering business process change; utilize enterprise systems and procurement tools such as Ariba, SAP or Purchase Order technology. Up to 5% travel required.
