Director, Digital Lab Strategy and Innovation

Manage cross team holistic Digital Lab strategy and alignment.
Drive goal setting and strategic planning for the Digital Lab to align with corporate goals and priorities.
Define strategic priorities to support the mission and goals. Track progress against strategic priorities.
Identify the needs and gaps to support the strategic priorities. Including both internal priorities and needs as well as extern trends and technology to build into the innovation strategy/plan. Work with leadership to fill gaps.
Ensure the value proposition of the Digital Lab is clear to its stakeholders, partnering with finance, brand and across the Digital Lab team functions and capabilities.
Benchmark progress to develop peripheral view within and outside of AbbVie.
Drive Digital Lab Innovation.
Proactively identify opportunities around ways of working / cross functional teaming, as well as establishing the right cadence/engagement model with each brand leader for updates/check-ins.
Take the lead on updates to Senior Leadership and Key Stakeholders - Including regular updates, quarterly Executive Management Reviews, brand updates and follow ups, cross-functional Annual and Bi-Annual Strategic Planning Sessions, and business review presentations - directly shaping the story and positioning of our contributions and business results.
· BA or BS degree required, advanced degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum 15 years related marketing or digital experience.
Ability to influence and drive change.
Have strong executive level presence/effectiveness to collaborate successfully with executives.
Strong collaboration, process, and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
