The Role:

Moderna is seeking a Clinical Supplies operations intern to assist our Clinical Supplies Project Managers to develop benchmarking and key performance indicators to highlight where the function can and should improve processes and timelines. This successful candidate will be skilled at fulfilling the needs of our projects with attention to detail and with a collaborative outlook.

This internship will run from June 3 to August 16. You must be available the entire duration of the program and on-site in Cambridge.

Heres What Youll Do:

  • Work with our Clinical Supply Project Managers to facilitate project logistics, timelines and goals

  • Provide support, both directly and ad-hoc to assist with analyzing data

  • Assist in creating Power Point presentations

  • Assist in oversight activities performed by third party vendor including performance, on-time delivery, quality, improvement initiatives and issue resolution.

  • Assist in the development of drug supply training materials

Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Health Sciences or other relevant field

  • Creative, curious and capable problem-solver ability to thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment

  • Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, presentation software (MS Office skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written)

  • Authorized to work in the U.S
