Join our US Business Unit (USBU) Ethics & Compliance Team as the Program Manager, Compliance Monitoring in our Lexington, MA office. As the Program Manager, Compliance Monitoring, you will empowered to execute day-to-day monitoring initiatives to ensure compliance with Takeda policies and SOPs.

The USBU E&C Teams collaborates across all E&C teams and partner with stakeholders in BU / BF to embed ethics and compliance as part of the way everyone works at Takeda.
How you will contribute:Accurately and completely document monitoring results, gather supporting information and prepare reports showing findings and key trends
Proactively work with relevant stakeholders to help determine root cause and track remediation action plans resulting from monitoring findings and recommendations
Prepare monitoring report data; communicate findings to management & E&C colleagues
Execute on compliance monitoring and data analytics initiatives
Provide key metrics and proactive data insights
Support Compliance Risk Assessment and Global E&C Monitoring program and projects
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of compliance, audit, or commercial experience, of which 3 years in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Experience with laws, regulations and industry guidance that affect the pharmaceutical industry including, but not limited to, OIG and PhRMA guidelines, PDMA, healthcare standard operating procedures, and anti-bribery and anti-kickback laws
Experience executing compliance monitoring within the pharmaceutical industry
Understanding of Ethics & Compliance, compliance monitoring and compliance data
Ability to work with analytics tools, databases, reporting platforms, and systems
Able to work and deliver on deadlines while managing multiple projects and priorities
Flexibility to accommodate new projects and expanded functional scope responsibilities
Capability to lead and facilitate discussions with leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and PowerBI or Tableau
Up to 15% domestic travel
