Responsible for professional marketing materials and managing operational programs for RINVOQ Crohn’s Gastroenterology. Work in a team-based environment assisting in the development and implementation of tactics to drive sales, market share and profitability for RINVOQ Crohn’s.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital assets in a variety of channels to support HCP omni-channel promotion (Non-personal promotion; Rep-delivered emails, etc)
Work with colleagues, internal cross functional teams (Legal, Regulatory, Medical and Project Management) and external (Ad Agency, Digital and Media Agency) to ensure program integration
Responsible for the development and execution of professional media plan for RINVOQ Crohn’s in collaboration with counterparts across Gastro IBD portfolio
Contributes to the development of the Professional tactical plan
Effectively tracks and manages related promo budgets
Consistently executes multiple marketing projects in a timely manner
Direct reporting relationship to RINVOQ Crohn’s Marketing Director
Track record of effective execution and pull through, cross functional leadership, and positive results
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong planning and organization skills
Experience with data analysis
Pharmaceutical experience preferred
- 3+ years of professional experience preferred
