Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Senior Manager, Urology Long Term Care Marketing (HCP).

As the lead for Long Term Care Marketing in Urology, your focus will be on a diverse audience that includes prescribing hcps, directors of nursing, consultant pharmacists and certified nurse assistants who serve the residents of skilled nursing facilities across the country. You will have a unique opportunity to strategically contribute to the continued growth of an exciting brand while building and growing our commercial relationships within this important category of care. In this role, you will be engaging with professional associations as you build tools to educate on the impact of OAB.

You will also collaborate with key individuals across our company, in sales leadership, market access and medical affairs (where compliant and appropriate) to name a few. Your efforts will create educational opportunities and engagements for our field sales team daily.

You will also serve as a key member of our urology marketing team – collaborating and strategizing together with marketers working in urology, primary care, omnichannel and consumer marketing while continuing to build the U.S. strategy for a global brand.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

You will primarily be responsible for building and driving marketing strategy and tactics for our urologic long-term care (LTC) business, including campaign/messaging/collateral creation and collaboration with appropriate cross functional partners.

Specifically, you’ll:

  • Ideate and contribute to the overarching brand strategy in partnership with your teammates on the HCP team and your counterparts in consumer, omnichannel and market access.

  • Ongoing partnership and collaboration with all marketing team members (brand and market access), field leadership, operations and analytics teams and appropriate members of our medical team (where compliant).

  • Create, refine, and update the short and long-term strategy for our product in the LTC setting.

  • Create ongoing collaborations with key LTC professional associations.

  • Partner with the KOL marketing lead to develop engagement strategies and innovative educational programs to bring the brand to life audience.

  • Participate in ongoing advisory board meetings as needed to build out brand strategy.

  • Plan and manage your annual KOL marketing budget.

  • Accountable for performance including ongoing assessment and evolution against tactical plan based on brand goals and KPIs.

  • Be an ambassador for the brand and the company.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree. 10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry – previous marketing experience required.

  • Marketing experience in the long-term care industry required.

  • Pharmaceutical field sales experience desired

  • Demonstrated strategic planning skills.

  • Superior written and oral communication skills

  • Exceptional presentation skills

  • Ability to juggle a fast paced and detailed set of projects with tight and unforgiving timelines.

  • Ability to travel (25% of the time, annually) – with larger amounts of travel during typical conference seasons in the Sept-Nov and Feb-April months.

The base salary range for this role is $141,757 - $175,113. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education, and other factors permitted by law.
