The Associate Director Demand Planning (Immunology) role is a part of the Insights & Analytics team under Commercial Strategy. As a part of the team, this role will collaborate with sales and marketing business partners, customer insights, Commercial Finance, and data management teams to develop patient-based sub-national demand planning analytics and bottoms up understanding of business drivers /and insights for the Immunology Business Unit. This role will support market development and growth activities in the Immunology area as well as the launch of new indications for Dupixent. This role will also be responsible for the building and maintenance of patient-level demand estimation and tracking epidemiological flows in the patient funnel at a sub-national level.
A Typical Day Might Look Like the Following:
Develop patient-based demand models (buy-side, not sell-side) in order to estimate trial and uptake for new and existing Dupixent indications at HCP/zip code level
Develop more granular zip code level patient and treatment flows from national level models to estimate demand potential
Epidemiology patient funnel setup and ongoing maintenance to develop sub-national estimates for brand planning needs
APLD patient source of business, line of therapy and patient adherence calculations
Estimating Dupixent potential in the short- and medium-term (next 2 years)
This Position Might be for You if:
Identify key drivers of Dupixent business growth sub-nationally and quantify the impact
Develop brand KPI goal setting and performance assessment using datasets like IQVIA claims and APLD (new patient initiation, patient share, line of therapy, patient adherence, patient potential, etc.), including at a sub-national level
Provide inputs of near-term sales force deployment, incentives and contest design, and marketing resource planning (for example, desired promotional channel impact and investment mix recommendations)
Provide guidance on demand sensitivities and dynamics (e.g., reduction in utilization management, patient conversion/adherence trends, biosimilar penetration trends, etc.)
Develop demand-side new product launch planning and tracking frameworks like trial/repeat/depth of repeat models, establishing what pace of launch uptake on a demand basis will be necessary to achieve launch targets
Ensure that outputs from the sub-national demand estimation are shared in a timely manner with Commercial Finance from an alignment perspective
Present analyses and results to business partners, simplifying complex analytic frameworks for stakeholders and making them actionable
To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus. The ideal candidate must have 7+ years of collaborating and partnering with internal teams (e.g., Finance, HEOR, Market Access) to coordinate cross-functional analyses and data acquisition and assuring compliance with regulatory, security and privacy requirements as it relates to data assets.
