Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities and conduct business plan, make sure to deliver sales targets on schedule
  • Build up a business plan for each account, developing strong client relationships, and well-managed the commercial channel.
  • Plan daily activities, including customer visits, marketing information collection, competitor mapping, and developing new business opportunities
  • Participate in monitoring customer satisfaction and initiate improvements as necessary to ensure the customer needs are met Timely handling of customer needs dialogue and complaints by collecting information and working with appropriate resources
  • Actively participate in the product change process, and contribute to developing and maintaining product support documentation and processes
  • Work closely with supply chain, MKT, QA, AR, R&D, etc., and cooperate with new product development and launch  
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in bio-engineering, Chemical engineering, or relevant majors
  • Min 3 years working experience in Enzyme business, Grain processing, Sales, Marketing, or BD experience is preferable
  • Proven experience in enzyme sales/MKT/BD, rich experience in channel management in America
  • Proven communication skills, fluent in English
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experienced or comfortable with working in a matrix organization
  • Able to travel for long time (at least 1/3 working time)
  • Proficient with Office tools (powerpoint, excel)
