In this role you’ll be responsible for:
The position of Associate Director, Business Relationship Management, will serve as the technology partner to our Allergan Aesthetics, US Facial & SkinMedica marketing teams to translate their brand goals into articulated strategies, clear processes, and robust technology solutions. In this role you will partner closely with our brand marketing teams. You will partner with our marketing technology and other commercial technology delivery teams to collaboratively design solutions to meet business objectives. This includes prioritizing projects, programs, and requests with cross-functional teams for web and email marketing delivery. As a partner to the business marketing teams you will provide continuous support for the programs and manage associated financials. The individual will be responsible for capacity planning for the various product teams and should have proven success in product or brand road-mapping, backlog management/grooming and communication with senior leadership.
Promote innovation using design processes to translate business objectives to technology and digital marketing solutions.
Active engagement of business partners and technical teams, throughout all phases of program implementation.
Act as a single point of contact for all technical delivery associated with the Allergan Aesthetics US Facial and SkinMedica marketing teams.
Responsible for the technology roadmap for US Facial and SkinMedica Marketing.
Represent marketing technology capabilities with key business stakeholders and share benefits of different technologies to meet or exceed marketing goals.
Provide governance and prioritization of intake processes, PMO status updates, and ownership of related financial portfolios.
Collaborate on and communicate technology implementations including associated change management and communication plans.
Assure compliance by following all corporate and divisional policies.
Build positive team culture and support an open and inclusive environment to bring different perspectives to deliver solutions.
Experience that will make you a strong candidate for this role:
Bachelor's Degree with 9 years’ experience; Master's Degree with 8 years’ experience; PhD with 4 years’ experience.
Experience managing and working in project teams, employees, matrixed teams, virtual teams, contractors, and service providers.
Able to evaluate strategies and solutions with data.
Proven ability to drive outstanding performance and engagement through coaching, developing, motivating, and inspiring team members.
Experience managing a budget of at least $3 MM.
Experience with platforms like SalesForce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Assets, Google Analytics, SAP, and Learning Management Systems (LMS), Veeva PromoMats, and Veeva CLM.
Knowledge of state-level disclosures, data privacy, accessibility, and other regulations that impact digital marketing.
Well-versed with multiple development methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps.
Able to follow up on and escalate open items for the business partners, which are outside the agreed service levels.
Experience in leading and organizing project teams and working across organizational boundaries to deliver positive results.
Good communication skills, ability to state things simply, ask effective questions, and communicate persuasively to different audiences.
- Experienced presenter comfortable in various presentation settings ranging from virtual, live small group training, and large presentations to several hundred people.
- Experience working in digital Healthcare Marketing (2+ years).
