The Aseptic Operator - Aseptic Operations is a key part of the Operations team in Lilly’s Indianapolis Parenteral Manufacturing site.  We manufacture and fill injectable parenteral products in state-of-the-art facilities to supply patients around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict compliance with established policies/procedures (Safety, Production Procedures, Sanitization, Gowning, Etc.) Completion of training and qualifications to stay current and qualified to perform job.

  • Adhere to Parenteral Plant safety policies and procedures, contribute to a safe work environment

  • Perform sanitizations in classified areas to maintain the sterility of the area, operation, and product.

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure quality of product

  • Document process steps on appropriate batch documentation following Good Documentation Practices

  • Setup and perform operations task in both aseptic and non-aseptic processes

Basic Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Aseptic experience in a Grade A/B manufacturing environment

  • Completion of Post Offer Exam, or Completion of Work Simulation if applicable

Additional Information:

  • This position is for 12-hour nights (3-2-2-3)

  • Some overtime work may be required

  • Some of the products in Parenteral Operations are known allergens and consequently, a post offer allergy test may be required.

  • Paid vacation- starting annually at 120 hours (prorated based on start date)

  • $3,000 sign-on bonus

  • Relocation assistance available (outside of a 50-mile radius)

  • Aseptic Bonus Potential (Once Grade A/B Qualification Program is complete)
