We are looking for a Manager, Statistical Programming to provide timely support to the study team on all programming matters according to the project strategies in our Pharmacometrics group. The person in this role provides project leadership, supports resource planning/coordinating deliverables within project or across a few projects. Additionally, they will build initial TFLs list for CP report based on study SAP and CP TFL standards.

A Day in the Life of a Manager, Statistical Programming may look like:

  • Lead the programming and QC of analysis datasets, TFL's across several projects following Regeneron standard data models or user requirements. Representation of PMX programming functions and coordination of activities with cross line functions and support planning/coordinating timelines in data exchange, deliverables. Create, manage and maintain the programming specifications for the analysis datasets applying Regeneron tools and methodologies.
  • Develop R tools, R shinny apps to facilitate the clinical data check more efficiently, dynamic data visualization on PK, PD, exploratory analysis, streamling the relevant presentation/report process.
  • Lead/perform the integration of data across studies in support of Exposure-response, PopPK and PopPKPD analysis and 2.7.2..
  • Lead the creation and validation of electronic submission requirements (i.e. annotated CRF, data export files, CSDRG, ADRG, define documents).

  • Work in a multidisciplinary study team to provide timely and quality support for analysis and reporting of clinical trials up to regulatory approval, product launch and annual reports
  • Participate in department working groups; participate/provide input in development of tools and improvement of processes.

In order to be considered qualified for this role, you must have:

A degree in a relevant subject area and 7+ years proven experience post-degree. Advanced R programming skills in clinical data environment are a must, as are efficient SAS programming skills (SAS (Base, Stat, Macro, graph) in a clinical data environment. A good understanding of relational database structure is necessary, as is a very good understanding of reporting systems via multiple data delivery applications. Strong Experience/knowledge with implementing standardization methodology, creation of current CDISC data standards is needed.

People well skilled in use of relevant software, including Window SAS, SAS EG (Base, Stat, Macro, graph), MS-Excel, R,/R-Studio etc.; advanced knowledge in data processing and graphic in R, or SAS are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range (annually)

$121,200.00 - $197,800.00
