The Opportunity

You will report to the Maintenance Team Lead

Shift Lead for maintenance team of aseptic and non-aseptic process equipment (GMP & non-GMP) in the Bulk and Fill Finish, Inspection, labeling, and packaging areas.

  • Shift - Nights
  • Hours- 6 PM-6 AM
  • Follow the 2,2, 3 rotation – off every other weekend

This position is located on site in Holly Springs, NC.

The Role
  • Develops and evaluates quality and system standards to ensure reliability and compliance with company standards and governmental regulatory requirements
  • Investigates/troubleshoots validation problems for systems and/or performance processes; conducts statistical analyses of testing results and process anomalies
  • Writes, reviews, approves and/or executes documentation for new and current validation procedures and technical reports related to systems, products and/or processes
  • Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards
  • Verifies calibration, maintenance and repair of the instruments
  • May assist with establishing corporate validation policies

Your skills and experience

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Physical or Biological Science preferred, or Associates degree

Experience

0-2 years related pharmaceutical experience
