Quality Control Analyst - Biochemistry

Regeneron is currently looking for a Quality Control (QC) Analyst on our Biological Testing team with a Sunday-Thursday, 8am-4:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures and tests products for patient safety. The QC Analyst performs a variety of chemical or biological analyses on raw materials, products, in-process materials, or stability samples in support of the company’s quality program. .
    
 

As a Quality Control Analyst, a typical day might include the following:

• Gathers data and documents test results for techniques such as ELISA, RT-PCR, and Dot Blot. 
• Reviews test results to ensure compliance with standards; reports any quality anomalies.
• Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements.
• Participates in required training activities.
• Maintains laboratory supplies.
• Conducts testing on in-process, product, stability, and/or research samples.
• Writes and revises control test procedures and SOPs.
• Completes test records and reviews data.
• Calibrates or verifies calibration of instruments/devices prior to use.
• Interacts with outside customers or functional peer groups.
• May be responsible for maintaining a specific project.
• May assist in development of analytical methods and techniques.
• May assist in validation of methods.
• May be involved in establishing the transfer of methodology from R&D.

To be considered for the Quality Control Analyst on our Biological Testing team you must be willing and able to work Sunday-Thursday, 8am-4:30pm. For various levels your must have the following:

Associate QC Analyst: You must have a BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related scientific field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

QC Analyst: You must have a BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related scientific field, and a minimum of 12-18+ months of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Sr. QC Analyst I: You must have a BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related scientific field, and 4+ years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Sr. QC Analyst II: You must have a BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related scientific field, and 6+ years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience and proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as ELISA and RT-PCR is preferred.
