Job Type Part-time, Temporary


The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical support.

  • Duration of assignment: 6 weeks (June – August)
  • Hours per week: up to 24 hours/week
  • Work schedule:  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and maintains physical and/or electronic files, records, and other documents
  • Operates office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail; prepares outgoing mail
  • Provides general clerical support to other departments
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • High School diploma with at least 1 – 2 years of clerical experience, or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Organized and detail-oriented; ability to maintain accurate filing systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
