Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

This role will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) team with project and administrative tasks related to develop and sustain tools, templates, KPIs, dashboards, portfolio reporting, and communications to PDM Project Management.

Main duties consist of the following:
  • Support the development of PMO processes, qualifications, and guidelines, including identifying stakeholders, drafting process maps, drafting work instructions, presenting training, etc.
  • Develop business insight/dashboards from using analytical or business intelligence tools from raw data
  • Support projects, project sub-workstreams, and/or departmental processes with increased complexity. Ensure all projects attain to accurate timelines and helps define clear goals, objectives, and milestones consistent with the priorities of the business.
  • Perform additional projects as assigned


Required Qualifications:
  • 0-1+ years of relevant experience with BA/BS in a scientific field
  • Relevant experience consists of project management in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with a focus on Project Management Office.
  • Understanding of project management principles, concepts, practices, and standards of pharmaceutical project management.
  • Excellent in organizational planning, time management, problem solving and record retention. Capable of setting priorities and managing high workload.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity in the workplace
  • Efficient, organized, and able to handle short timelines in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this position is: $96,985.00 - $125,510.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans*.
