We are seeking a passionate scientist to join our Immunology and Inflammation team to work on exciting projects supporting discovery and development of innovative gene therapies. Our efforts focus on development of state-of-the-art tools to enable therapeutic genetic editing for immune disorders.
As an Associate Scientist, a typical day might include:
Performing genetic modifications and maintaining mammalian cell lines and primary cells cultures.
Isolating nucleic acid/protein and executing analytical techniques such as Western Blot and qPCR.
Dissecting cell biology mechanisms and utilizing immunological bioassays, such as flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD and Luminex.
Evaluating novel therapies on animal models and collecting and processing tissues.
Independently analyzing and presenting data at relevant meetings.

To be considered for this role, you must possess BA or MA degree in relevant field, along 1-5 years of lab experience. Some experience in tissue culture and molecular techniques, such as transfection, RNA isolation, RT-qPCR are required. Mouse handling and some training in gene editing/silencing with siRNA/ASO/CRISPR-Cas9 is highly preferred.
