The Senior Service Operations Analyst role will work in partnership across multiple stake holders, geographies, and time zones to implement and support cohesive solutions to improve the end-to-end PharmaDev processes and service.
Design and implement improved Technical support processes and Operations.
Managing through the Managed Service Providers to quality outcomes
Work with Service providers to document and communicate the processes, policies, and procedures for providing technology support.
Work with Service providers to provide trending and Root Cause Analysis reports for addressing Chronic technology support issues.
Delivering business value by maximizing financial investment and the sustainability of the application
Be an active member of the change and problem management teams responsible for increased call avoidance, improved product use and decreases end user down time.
Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ experience; Master’s Degree with 5 years’ experience; PhD with 0 years’ experience in a qualifying field, such as information technology, computer science or computer engineering or equivalent experience.
- Equivalent experience is defined as 5-8 years of combined experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer engineering.
- Must possess working knowledge of IT Development Support Areas
