Senior Service Operations Analyst

The Senior Service Operations Analyst role will work in partnership across multiple stake holders, geographies, and time zones to implement and support cohesive solutions to improve the end-to-end PharmaDev processes and service.

Qualifiactions:

Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ experience; Master’s Degree with 5 years’ experience; PhD with 0 years’ experience in a qualifying field, such as information technology, computer science or computer engineering or equivalent experience.
• Equivalent experience is defined as 5-8 years of combined experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer engineering.
• Must possess working knowledge of IT Development Support Areas
