  • Work with IT and Business management to define long term CRM strategy/roadmap.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on CRM best practices and industry trends.
  • Design & rebuild Salesforce architecture incorporating other business systems (SAP ERP, Agile PLM).
  • Build documentation standards and drive adoption of standard documentation for projects and enhancements.
  • Assist business partners with creating requirements, identifying gaps, and formulating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Create functional specifications based on business requirements and work with development team to deliver solutions.
  • Maintain a holistic view of all business system processes and users, to understand functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.
  • Support the integration of the next gen systems with the existing business application ecosystem (SAP, custom applications, Snowflake server data lakes etc.).
  • Validate software quality and conformance to specifications and business requirements through unit-functional testing; and identify the root cause of defects.
  • Work with management, project managers, business users and development team to scope work and schedule estimates.
  • Track short term trade-offs and plan for remediation of technical issues.
  • Translate business needs into technical design.
  • Coach and mentor developers and admins.
  • Strong skills around project scoping and planning.
  • Manage system to ensure the system adheres to SOX standards.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in implementation and support of solutions preferred.
  • Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
  • Strong experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Experience in (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, ServiceMax, B2B Commerce, CPQ, OMS).
  • Salesforce certifications.

Salary Range:

$162,600.00 - $220,000.00
