We are currently looking to fill a Quality Assurance Technician position. This position performs routine administrative duties in support of a QA team.
In this role, a typical day might include the following:
Preparing presentation materials for meetings, distributing agendas, recording meeting minutes
Generating and tracking correspondences
Retrieving, copying/scanning, coordinating and maintaining documents
Ordering office and lab supplies
Assisting with annual examination of retention samples
Assisting with processing of returned components and complaint samples for destruction
Coordinating and assigning lot set ups to team members
May prepare site wide notifications
Coordinating environmental chamber inventories associated with disposition
Monitoring and reporting results of departmental room audits
Assisting with lot status labeling
May be responsible for disposition logbooks
Controlling coordination of unprocessed bulk and in process bulk
May prepare disposition paperwork for materials
Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives

To be considered for this role you must hold an Associate’s degree in a physical or biological science and the following minimum amounts of relevant experience for each level:
May substitute proven experience for education requirement. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
