Job scope:
We are looking for a full time customer service representative. The customer service representative is our primary customer interfaces and is responsible for handling customer inquiries/requests through phone calls, emails and Livechats; placing quotes/orders; providing status updates for open orders; working closely with sales team, technical support team, shipping team and other supporting teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries/requests via phone, emails and Livechats.
· Place orders for biology research products.
· Provide customers with order status updates.
· Work closely with sales team, technical support team, shipping team and other supporting teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements• Academic degree (B.S.) in Biology or other life sciences disciplines
• Previous customer service experiences preferred
• Patient, attend to details and is able to follow SOPs.
