Associate Director, Master Data Management Implementation Lead

The Associate Director, Master Data Management (MDM) Implementation Lead, for Global Development Solutions (GDS), is a key member of the GDS Delivery organization within the Integration, Data Enablement, & Automation team. This individual will be responsible for planning and driving the execution of the Global Development (GD) MDM implementation. The MDM Implementation Lead will partner with Business Functions, Development Analytics & Data Science, and GDS Business Solutions Partners to craft, implement, and support an MDM capability for the GD organization.

A typical day might include the following:

• Partnering with GDS Business Solution Partners, DA&DS, IT Data Platform Services, and GDS Operations Resources to ensure that business technology solutions projects are appropriately crafted, planned, driven, and transitioned efficiently to operations.

• Working with GDS Solution Architecture and Enterprise IT to identify the accurate technology(ies) vital to meet the intended business outcomes.

• Overseeing creation and execution of end-to-end project implementation plans, providing oversight to Portfolio Manager, Project Managers and Business Analyst resources as vital.

• With oversight from the Director, Integration, Data Enablement, & Automation, being responsible for driving definition of alignment to implementation processes and standards.

• Engaging business and IT team members to confirm requirements details and to ensure that design meets business need communicated in improvement requests and defects.

• Crafting and maintains solution roadmap and demand management processes in consultation with GDS Business Solution Partners, Functional Area Implementation Leads, Enterprise IT partners.

• Serving as expert in implementation and adoption of Master Data Management solutions.

• Overseeing implementation of multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring the MDM program is completed schedule, on budget, and with quality.

• Identifying data integration needs and collaborates with Strategic Data Enablement and Enterprise IT to implement the required integrations.

• Overseeing system validation process and execution activities, partnering with GDS Quality Management Lead and Enterprise IT Quality Assurance and Validation teams.

• Overseeing project execution inclusive of all project management lifecycle activities.

This role might be for you if:

• You have a proven background in MDM programs.

• You have experience with Data Quality, Data Governance, Information Architecture, and Technology Implementation.

• You have crafted and implemented MDM programs.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have at minimum a BS/BA degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or MS/MA/MBA degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. Previous experience leading implementation and support of MDM programs is required. Previous experience specifically working with Informatica as an MDM platform is highly desired.

$148,100.00 - $241,700.00
