The Associate Director, Prostate Cancer, Patient Marketing & Brand Experience will join a team of dedicated and passionate individuals. This role will be critical to the brand’s success and have impact on patients’ lives.

This role will be responsible and accountable for shaping and leading the development and implementation of key patient and/or nurse resources that will help educate patients starting on treatment and support adherence and persistence.

This position will collaborate and work closely with our alliance partner, Pfizer.

Key areas of focus for this role include: understanding and applying patient and market insights, developing a comprehensive patient brand experience and partnering with various teams throughout the organization to streamline the on treatment experience for patients and healthcare providers.

This position will report to the Senior Director, ORGOVYX Marketing Lead. The location for this position is remote.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution and implementation of the ORGOVYX patient brand experience and tactical execution
  • Develop and manage the patient education materials through different delivery channels including: Specialty pharmacies and In-office dispensing pharmacies
  • Build integrated nurse education plan to support persistency and adherence for patients on ORGOVYX
  • Develop and execute innovative patient education tactics to support treatment initiation, streamline the process of getting patients started on therapy, and support adherence and persistence for ORGOVYX
  • Oversee the patient starter programs, including assessment of these offerings, enhancements, and driving optimizations as needed
  • Drive synergies and innovation to improve the ORGOVYX patient journey
  • Lead integration to create a more connective patient experience across functional areas and internal partners including: Patient Services, Market Access, Consumer and HCP Marketing, Market Research, Sales Training, Sales, Medical
  • Identify appropriate key performance indicators to measure & monitor and lead patient experience cross-functional team tracking & performance analysis
  • Contribute to the annual planning process, tactical planning development, and annual budgeting
  • Manage agency partners, project timelines, resources, and patient marketing budgets
  • Oversee and manage patient advisory team to consult on brand marketing projects and patient-facing deliverables
  • Create a culture where patients are at the center of thinking and operations
  • Work closely with promotional review committee on the review and approval of marketing tactics, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment (sense of urgency, adaptable, champion of change) is required
  • Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing that includes FDA regulatory and legal environment

REQUIREMENTS (Education and Experience)

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of related experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical/medical device/health sciences industry is required, preferably in both small and large companies
  • Prior commercial experience with consumer or HCP marketing highly preferred
  • Passion for helping patients
  • Oncology experience highly preferred
  • Prior co-promote or alliance experience preferred
  • High ethical standards and personal integrity
  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,990 - $244,103.  We also have short-term and long-term incentive plan and competitive benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
