As a Senior Manager, HCP Engagement & FMV Compliance Lead you will be responsible for and manage the compliant and successful set-up of our scientific advisory boards and other HCP engagements which includes, but not limited to, delivery of Needs Assessment Form, credentialing of HCPs, establishing contracts with HCPs, oversight of HCP payments and tracking & reporting. The opportunity is a dedicated point of contact for our HCP engagements for the Clinical and Medical Directors, Legal, and Commercial Operations. This role will also be responsible for working with a 3rd party vendor to establish FMV guidance and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

A typical day may include the following:

Managing a team of HCP engagement leads globally

Acting as HCP engagement lead across Regeneron’s commercial and clinical portfolio

Leading all advisory board projects and other HCP engagement projects across medical affairs, clinical development, and other areas of the business, including project set up and close-out of all activities,

Partnering with clinical and medical directors in the early identification and planning of advisory boards and other needed HCP engagements.

Guiding on compliance, good documentation, and submission processes for related HCP engagements.

Ensuring compliance with HCP Engagement processes

Enforcing all required timelines

Assisting with reviewing and developing departmental procedural documents.

Responsible for cascading process improvements to the business unit

Identifying and communicates system enhancement needs or technical issues

Develop and define guidelines for FMV of HCP engagements

Partner with compliance to sure FMV compliance and provide appropriate updates to responsible parties

Communicate with Legal, Medical Affairs Planning & Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance/Accounting, as needed to ensure HCP contracts and payments are processed and managed appropriately and compliantly

To be considered for this you are to have Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years professional experience preferably with a minimum of 3 years in either Medical Affairs, Clinical Development or Clinical Operations. >4 years experience in general contract management and/or vendor management along with knowledge of FMV, HCP Contracts and Advisory Boards. Demonstrated working experience of project management activities. Empathetic listening skills in order to interact effectively with internal resources and external providers. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Salary Range (annually)

$126,600.00 - $206,600.00
