Position Overview

Under direct supervision the Product Manager – Customer Marketing will assist the BOTOX®  Cosmetic, JUVEDERM® , KYBELLA®  SkinMedica®, DiamondGlow® & Latisse® marketing teams with the development and execution of programs, tools and tactics to drive the injectable and skincare brands forward. 

   
Responsible for tracking the progress, performance and feedback on programs and initiatives involving the injectable and skincare brands and provide updates to stakeholders as needed. 

 

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop performance tools to monitor brand utilization metrics, in-market performance metrics, and effectiveness of key programs and initiatives, field utilization materials and report back progress to brand stakeholders.
  • Manages all brand collateral access (Brandbox/ ML),  inventory (TIM) , utilization and shipping with internal and external partners
  • Oversee agency partners on job tracking progress before, during and after MLRC submission.
  • Leads tradeshow brand implementation strategy, material management, and works customer marketing brand leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure injectable and skincare brands are appropriately represented at  society meetings 
  • Manages sample utilization and distribution process across all brands.
  • Coordinates field call logistics and execution, including monthly marketing updates, field ad board calls and live engagements.
  • Manages internal monitoring programs (Brand Protection & Groupon)
  • Coordinates HCP engagements for the brand team to include contracting.
  • Supports Inside Sales Team & New Account programs (new account kit)
  • HCP Website Management
  • Promotions management
    • Monitoring inventory/supply
    • Promotional sales reporting
    • Coordinating supply chain / internal stakeholder activities necessary to brand promotions.
    • Triage field communication during live promotion periods
  • Serve as day-to-day marketing point-of-contact for the sales team on specific initiatives, promotions, and programs.

Additional duties may include:

  • Develop close working relationship with Facial/Skincare Brand Teams, global marketing services, consumer marketing, analytics, sales team, tradeshows, Inside Sales, Data Labs, sales training and HCP Loyalty.
  • Track and analyze expenditures of specific initiatives and work with brand leaders to ensure adherence to approved budget and generates PO’s when appropriate.
  • Work directly with brand leaders, collaborate with internal departments, external customers, and agencies, to achieve objectives. Provide regular feedback to brand teams regarding project status, as well as other critical issues that affect goal achievement.

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks/blockers, advise on  escalation management, and anticipate tradeoffs, as needed
  • Work alongside consumer brand team lead to pull through consumer content into practices.
  • Attend relevant industry meetings, conferences, and field sales meetings.
  • Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate and schedule team events and cross functional team meetings.
  • Other marketing duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum of 3 years of progressively more responsible professional experience in product/marketing management, and/or field sales in the medical device or medical aesthetics space
  • Excellent track record of success, working with minimal supervision to meet project objectives and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education

  • BS/BA in business or a life science related field is preferred.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
