Location/Division Specific Information Our Laboratory Services team has a direct impact on improving patient health through the expertise of scientists, industry thought-leaders and therapeutic experts. Discover Impactful Work: Working with direction from the Senior Application Developer and Development Manager, this position will provide systems analysis, design, development, testing and support for mid-sized to large information systems. Specifically, this position will assist the Senior Application Developer in working with the business to define system requirements and create detailed system design specifications. This position will develop and test program code, perform system testing, work with Operations groups in the deployment and implementation of the system, and provide ongoing support for the application coordinating with the Help Desk group. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area2 years experience in applications development in a client/server environment or specializing applications technology · Or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills and abilities Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Experience with at least 2 of the following software languages or packages: MS Access, Visual Basic, PL/SQL, Pronexus VBVoice, Crystal Reports, document management (i.e. electronic publishing, submission or imaging) or internet development tools · Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skillsCompany
