Technical Training Business Partner

Regeneron is currently looking to fill a Technical Training Business Partner. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

• Collaborates with team to ensure business objectives are met through effective learning solutions.

• Supports development and maintenance of job specific training program through collaboration with business units.

• Provides guidance to assigned business units within IOPS ensuring compliance in GMP training practices and documentation; works with all GMP groups to provide support of training compliance.

• Liaises with Learning Management System Administrator to ensure quality, compliance, and effectiveness of the training program for the organization.

• Conducts Learning Needs Analysis and Gap Assessments.

• Supports IOPS Technical Training and organizational training initiatives.

• Focuses on continuous improvement on training materials, programs and processes.

• Collaborates with subject matter experts to support the development of OJT Task Evaluations and Instructor Led Courses.

• Develops and delivers internal GMP training programs (Qualified Trainer Program, Manager/Leader Training).

To be considered for this role you must hold a BS/BA in a related field and the following amount of relevant experience for each level:

• Technical Training Specialist - 2+ years

Experience may be substituted in lieu of education. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the specific role.

Salary Range (annually)

$63,500.00 - $103,700.00
