Job Details

As a Senior Director of Omnichannel Engagement Implementation, you will lead the implementation of a new operating model for Regeneron’s Medical Affairs organization seeking to achieve measurable improvements in clinical care and patient outcomes through omnichannel engagement. This is a high-impact role that requires an outcome focused individual with strong leadership skills, exceptional change management and project management skills. You will use your innovative approach driving successful implementation across the Medical Affairs Franchises in close collaboration with cross-functional partners. 

A typical day may include the following:
Shaping and implementing a new operating model for Medical Affairs that incorporates omnichannel engagement, using a range of digital and traditional channels to engage with healthcare professionals and patients.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, IT, digital transformation, compliance, legal, corporate communications and commercial teams. 
Developing and implementing a robust change management plan to ensure successful adoption across Medical Affairs.
Applying project management expertise to ensure timely and effective implementation of the new operating model
Developing and implementing metrics measuring the effectiveness of the new operating model and ensure ongoing optimization 
Fostering an innovation mentality across the organization to drive continuous improvement
Staying current with industry trends and developments in Medical Affairs

To be considered for this an advanced degree in life sciences or related field (MD. PhD, PharmD), with a strong scientific background is required. Your experience should including over >10 years of experience with the pharmaceutical industry including significant experience leading and implementing change initiatives (Medical Affairs experience is highly desirable). Strong understanding of Multichannel or Omnichannel Engagement and its impact on clinical care and patient outcomes is required 

Other required skills include:
•    Proven track record of successful project management and implementation of complex initiatives
•    Strong leadership skills and ability to build and lead successful teams
•    Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in communicating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
•    Ability to effectively engage and influence team members with experience working across functions and geographies
•    Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to create and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of the new operating model
•    Innovation attitude with a track record of driving innovative ideas and initiatives
•    Ability to think strategically and implement tactically

Salary Range (annually)

$203,600.00 - $339,300.00
