Job Description

Job Title: Change Management AGILE Lead

Location: Lexington (USA)

About the role:

As a member of the Business Excellence team, you will be responsible for engaging with employees and leaders to implement and support tools, processes and programs designed to help MA Bio Ops deliver on our operational and people & culture objectives. You will report to the Head of Business Excellence.

How you will contribute:

  • Design, implement and administer a change management program for MA Bio Ops
  • Develop change leads and agents within functions through training and education
  • Responsible for organizational readiness activities to support Massachusetts Biologics Operations (MA Bio Ops) strategic and AGILE initiatives.
  • Support the Project Leads and AGILE Champions in managing all aspects of change associated with key initiatives.
  • Create and implement change management strategies and programs to enhance stakeholder adoption of changes while simultaneously minimizing resistance and maximizing employee engagement.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for change management needs across site Identify and anticipate organizational resistance and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to counteract such risk
  • Partner with sponsor and/or program leads to develop change management approaches aligned with the change management framework. Actively evaluate and modify change initiative implementation strategies to address potential organizational challenges or changes. Spearhead efforts to develop organizational, down to the employee level, understanding and acceptance of impacts on job roles, functions, polices/procedures, and business practices.
  • Partner with AGILE champions to develop change management strategy for AGILE initiatives
  • Create appropriate AGILE Change Management capabilities at site to deliver the AGILE roadmap utilizing the support from AGILE workstream as necessary.
  • Coach AGILE Change Management concepts and mindsets and behaviors across the organization, including Senior Leadership
  • Coach the AGILE coaches to develop technical and soft skill competencies within the team.
  • Identifying competency gaps while executing change programs and addressing these with training interventions. Developing and deploying training material that can be used to onboard colleagues for a change program and increase competency

What You Bring to Takeda:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in development and implementation of change management strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, change planning, solution design and implementation.

Important Considerations:

At Takeda, our patients rely on us to deliver quality products. As a result, we must follow strict rules in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering the quality of the product. You may:

  • Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.
  • Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
  • Work in a cold, wet environment.
  • Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.
  • Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection.
