Job Details

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team supporting clinical and commercial logistical activities to ensure adequate supplies from Drug Substance to Labeled Drug Product (active and placebo). Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies.

As a Logistics Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

  • Interacting and coordinating with transportation suppliers, internal business partners, and external regulatory agencies.
  • Acting as initial point of contact for all Drug Supply transportation needs.
  • Managing the end-to-end execution of the Temperature Monitoring Program.
  • Conducting administrative activities related to shipping/temperature data document creation, collection, scanning and long-term storage.
  • Maintaining accurate information databases and creating inventory reports and schedules. 
  • Providing support for change controls, investigations, and supplier corrective action reports (SCARs).
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and executing projects to eliminate non-value added waste and drive improved performance.
  • May travel to contractor sites, as needed (5-10% max).

  • Have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to help others.
  • Have the ability to build effective working relationships with contacts inside and outside of the organization.
  • Possess working knowledge of quality systems and software applications such as QUMAS or similar.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP system preferred.
  • Have a solid understanding of the MS Office Suite.
  • Can operate independently while meeting and exceeding expectations.

To be considered for this position, candidates ideally should have a BS degree (minimum of AAS is required) and the following minimum years of experience for each level:

  • Logistics Coordinator I: 0+ years
  • Logistic Coordinator II: 2+ years
  • Logistic Coordinator III: 4+ years

Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to role.

Experience in a GMP regulated environment preferred.
