GRAIL is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the in-market Galleri product. 

You will be responsible for managing the Galleri test product, including a focus on driving product enhancements and sustaining activities for phlebotomy services, test ordering and sample collection kits.

You will be a key member of the Commercial Product Management team and the Galleri in-market extended core team, and will be responsible for defining the right product enhancements to enable rapid commercial scale and an enhanced customer experience for patients, PCPs, and health systems. In addition, this role will have the opportunity to define commercial product components for additional GRAIL products as they approach commercialization.

This role is located at our Menlo Park, CA office. Hybrid (office / home) work arrangements may be considered. 
You Will
  • Manage product roadmap of in-market enhancements of the Galleri test, including but not limited to phlebotomy services, test ordering and sample collection kits
  • Develop strategic rationale, business cases, and product requirements for new product enhancements, including large reference lab / phlebotomy partner integrations
  • Inform product requirements through rigorous collection of feedback from external customers and partners as well as internal customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of Health System customer needs to support rapid commercial scale of Galleri
  • Manage product support needs, working cross-functionally to understand technical and non-technical roadblocks and gain alignment among R&D, clinical, engineering, regulatory, business development, legal, marketing and senior leadership
  • Develop product key performance indicators, monitor performance data, identify strategies to improve performance, and execute
  • Perform trade-off analyses and make recommendations to Galleri in-market core team and supporting workstreams to execute product roadmap
  • In partnership with the Commercial Partnerships lead, support management of relationship and performance of key phlebotomy service partners that support the product offering, and support process for evaluation, selection and implementation of new partnership opportunities 
  • Create sales and marketing tools and deliver commercial trainings that effectively communicate product capabilities
  • Understand the market landscape and competition and direct market research to test product concepts and new features

Your Background Should Include
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 or more years of work experience or Masters/or advanced Life Sciences degree with 2-5 years experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management in the diagnostics industry or related work
  • Understanding of laboratory developed test (LDT) products & services preferred
  • Track record of managing on-market LDT products through significant product enhancements is preferred
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability using data to develop arguments, summaries and presentations
  • Demonstrated track record of getting things done and growing responsibility over time
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and negotiate scope, product features, and specifications across the organization
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Willing and able to accommodate domestic and international travel up to 20%

The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $124,000 - $164,000. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location. 

Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
