Job Details
Support Project Managers to ensure appropriate project documentation, coordination, and reporting. Assist development and contribute to project plans, charters, and integrated schedules to achieve the delivery of a successful project within budget, scope and schedule. Define own deliverables and goals. Monitor progress of projects per direction from Project Manager. Ability to execute project management tools in coordination with the Project Management Office expectations.
•Track action items, issue resolution, and project changes for all key program/projects
•Build, optimize, and manage project schedules
•Utilize the relevant PMO tools for project planning, monitoring and reporting
•Set project milestones and report progress accordingly. Consider alternative approaches and take corrective action as needed to ensure project milestones are achieved
•Identify and implement opportunities that will improve AbbVie’s ability to implement and manufacture quality products in a cost effective, compliant, and timely manner
•Support the development of the PMO processes
•Monitor project financial reporting and accountability

•Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering; or related degree highly desired
•2-6 years Pharmaceutical, Device Engineering or Operations Experience preferred
•MS Project and Project Risk Assessment experience preferred
•Proven ability to communicate and deliver results, actions, decisions, and concern with little direction or supervision in a timely manner
•Demonstrated success as a collaborative team player
•Financial acumen
•Broad, diverse, cross-functional or cross-divisional experience
•Ability to think strategically and creatively
