Job Details

The Role:
The Manager of Life Cycle Project Management leads the coordination of ongoing executional projects in support of product lifecycle strategy and activities. They are accountable to drive, plan and organize multiple projects and help establish priorities within the program to achieve strategic objectives. They will ensure global process adherence, achieving timely project implementation to best possible costs while maintaining Quality and Regulatory compliance.

Heres What Youll Do:

  • Is accountable to plan and deliver projects that support the product lifecycle strategy; working with the product lead to establish plans and goals for individual projects

  • Ensure that individual project plans align with the needs of the business; track progress and provide updates on any changes to timelines

  • Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization

  • Ensure that program activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards

  • Develop forms and records to document program activities

  • Work with individual project managers to establish plans and goals for each project.

  • Owns project dashboard. Ensures completeness and accuracy of all projects and current status including KPI tracking and resource management.

  • Owns project related communication, stakeholder management, facilitates across functions to ensure awareness, alignment and buy-in.

  • Report to senior management on the progress of individual projects

  • Identify and evaluate the risks associated with project activities and take appropriate action to control, mitigate and escalate the risks

  • Drive and support lifecycle process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility

Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:

  • BS/BA in in a relevant discipline (e.g. sciences, engineering, business) with at least 5 years experience within similar role and complexity in Supply Chain Management in Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong leadership capabilities (decision making, result oriented, challenge capability, negotiation, support others, stakeholder management)

  • Working knowledge about Supply Chain LCM processes

  • Project Management experience

  • Ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment

  • Basic understanding of the cGxPs

  • Ability to work in a fluid environment and foster a strong collaborative spirit

  • Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
