Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Research Associate in Cambridge,MA with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology or related field plus 5 years related experience. Prior experience must include: Conduct in vitro genomics techniques such as PCR and siRNA knockdowns; Develop immunoassays utilizing antibody biochemistry, using techniques such as ELISA and western blots for CRO transfer and/or under GxP conditions; Perform cell-based assays by maintaining mouse and human cell culture of cell lines and primary immune cells, isolating/enriching cell types of interest, activating immune cells and characterize phenotype; Assess mouse and human immune cell phenotyping and test broad panels using multicolor flow cytometry.
