Shire Human Genetic Therapies, Inc., a Takeda company, is seeking a Cleaning and Sterilization Validation Senior Engineer in Lexington, MA with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 8 years of experience. Prior experience must include: Apply detailed knowledge of the regulations and guidance for cleaning and sterilization of a GMP facility and its associated equipment (8 years); drive application and maintenance of the cleaning and sterilization program as it relates to the regulations and guidance as well as new product introduction (5 years); deliver high degree of analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills (5 years); demonstrate detailed understanding of the equipment and its function as it relates to the cleaning and sterilization (5 years).
