Job Details

The Compensation Team at Regeneron leads the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that support Regeneron globally. This includes designing base salary programs, incentive plans and alternative rewards programs that drive the attraction and retention of critical talent while reflecting market conditions, internal equity, a pay for performance philosophy and the company’s priorities and strategies. The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of various compensation initiatives through providing comprehensive, insightful analyses of available data to help inform strategy, design and execution of key compensation initiatives for Regeneron. 

A typical day may include:

  • Conduct analysis, data management & auditing, benchmarking to market, system set up, and collaboration with stakeholders and partners
  • Provide supporting analysis for business unit and company compensation strategy including partnering with talent acquisition on job offers
  • Complete survey submissions and play a lead role in management of market data, centralized analysis/market studies, including maximizing our investment in surveys and analytical tools and in support of key initiatives such as pay equity, career ladders, and Total Rewards optimization
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance of compensation-related data in our HR systems such as job code reconciliation, job title alignment, job architecture analysis, etc.
  • Play critical analytical and reporting role in support of year-end compensation processes (e.g., initial prep of merit analysis/costing, structure analysis, etc.)
  • Provide ongoing support of Workday compensation functionality.  Partner with comp team and HR technology to test and provide input into Advanced Comp module
  • Support the compensation team in the development and delivery of compensation training for HR, managers, and leaders
  • Provide backup support on the company’s recognition program and other ad hoc projects

  • Prior experience with a large corporate employer, leading consulting firm and/or high-growth life sciences or tech company
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a flexible, ambiguous environment
  • Business-oriented mindset

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical and quantitative subject area such as Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or equivalent; 5+ years of proven experience working within compensation and a CCP is a plus.

Salary Range (annually)

$79,000.00 - $129,000.00
