Job Details

A Manager, Global Development Systems Training (GDST) is responsible for providing design, development, delivery, evaluation, logistical support and content management support for system application training. This individual will work closely with the Associate Director, GDST to continually improve the scale, depth, and quality of trainings that aligns with strategic objectives within Global Development.

A typical day will include the following:
  • Collaborate with Associate Director, GDST to determine strategy for crafting and delivering systems training at scale.

  • Consult with Training Business Partners, Global Dev Systems and System Owners/SMEs to craft and deliver learning solutions, in a wide range of multimedia formats.

  • Maintain and continue to develop a robust and accurate end-to-end knowledge of business processes and applicable procedures for Global Development

  • Support AD Global Development Training Systems in creating/executing/maintaining detailed training plan for all supported systems, create all deliverables and work closely with support teams (System Owners, SMEs, Facilitator/ Trainer, Super Users).

  • Evaluate continuous feedback from surveys, help desk queries, Super User/Trainer qualitative feedback regarding existing systems and make recommendations for improvement to training.

This role might be for you if:
  • You have experience with Instructional Design - creating quick reference guides, video tutorials, Instructor Led Training guides.

  • You are comfortable facilitating in a face to face and virtual environment.

  • You have the ability to balance multiple projects.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have at a minimum a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of training experience. Backgrounds from biotech and pharmaceutical companies are preferred. Individuals with instructional design backgrounds are very useful. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be on-site 2 days a week, with 3 days working from home to either our Tarrytown or Basking Ridge offices.

Salary Range (annually)

$108,200.00 - $176,600.00
