  • Make resource recommendations, as needed, to execute change management and communications plans
  • Develop ways to gather employee feedback across change initiatives to ensure change management strategies are taking hold
  • Partner closely with Gilead Public Affairs and Development Communications colleagues, contributing interesting and relevant content for Gilead-wide internal channels
  • Develop a deep, intuitive understanding of Gilead's business, specifically the Development organization, to provide the best possible strategic counsel to leaders and their teams, and to anticipate their communications needs
  • Consistently stay aware of current and relevant trends in communications, such as person-first and anti-racist language
  • Together with the team, constantly push for new ideas, better platforms, new ways of connecting with employees; understanding what's coming next, bringing these ideas to Gilead and interpreting them in a way that works for our audiences
  • Build and maintain networks within Public Affairs, Development, and other areas to better understand the needs and sentiment of the employee population
